Internet connection error. ATI 2014

Thread needs solution

I have backed up the System Disk and the Emails successfully. Nonstop Backup and File Backup end with an error: Internet connection error: 'Your request cannot be completed because the service could not be found or did not respond. The service maybe experiencing technical difficulties or you may need to adjust your network settings'. I can't figure out what this means. The Nonstop services are Running. The backups were working fine until my system crashed. I had to use the Dell Restore Disk because I had problems getting the Acronis Bootable Media to work. My operating system is Windows 8.1.

I would appreciate some help on this.

Run your Windows Network Troubleshooter and see if that can help. Network errors can be any number of things and running the troubleshooter is a good place to start.

Check the properties of your NIC in Device Manager and look for Allow this device to power off to save energy. If that option checked making it active, disable that option.

Here is a link that describe TI 2015 processes and services, check them out to see that they are either running or set to manual or auto start. If any are disabled enabling them might solve your issue. Beyond that I am out of ideas here.
