Interpreting output of schedmgr

Thread needs solution

How do you interpret the output of the 'get list' and 'get report' functions of the schedmgr program? I'm using version 1.0.0.416 with ATH 2011 build 6597. I only have one scheduled task but there are 8 items in the list. Just wondering what they all are.

Thomas,

You can check that the key-like string of each task matches a script in the following folder:

c:\programdata\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts (win 7, vista)
c:\documents and settings\all users\application data\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts (xp)

Each script in return should match a backup job in ATI (you can right click a script and choose edit, don't save any changes)

You can delete any task (enter task 1-2, then delete, for example) and any script that doesn't match.

Thanks Pat, that helped. I found two scripts in that folder.

Two of the entries in the list are for my backup task, backup and validate. These go with the two scripts.
One is for the Customer Experience Program, I enabled that.

One is
ExecApp: C:\Program Files\Acronis\OnlineBackupStandalone\TrueImageMonitor.exe
ExecCmd: /shutup
I'm not sure what this is, but it seems to be normal to be there.

The remaining four appear to be remnants of some long forgotten manually run task. I'll probably delete these.

Yes, leave the TrueImageMonitor.

Some scripts can be linked to scheduled validations.
