Issue with Copying and Pasting tib files drive to drive

Have the latest ATI and have created various Win7 backups to an external USB 3.0 drive and the file is validated. However, sometimes when I log onto a windows machine and plug the drive that has the current image and try to copy/paste it to a new USB 3.0 drive (both plugged into USB 3.0 slots to save time on ~30GB backup files) when I go to validate the copy on the new drive it is sometimes corrupt. Am I doing something wrong with just a simple right click and copy/paste method with these files?
