Thread needs solution

1/. I have added a new removable drive (:K), to my PC but am now unable to reset the daily "Scheduled Back-up" task from the old (:F),to the new drive (:K). I can do a manual back OK.

2/. Recently I accidently deleted my Microsoft Outlook Express Inbox e mails, but using the System Restore funtion I cannot retrieve them. How can this retreival be done.

Rather than try to edit the task and switch it to the new destination, you would have much better succes by creating a new task and starting a new series of backups to a new folder with a new backup name. Editing a destination does not always produce a positive results so it it better if you simply create a new task.

To recover your OE and mail, your best bet is to restore your entire system partition (C) and do this when booted from the TI Rescue CD.
Restoring the backup will delete everything off your system partition (C) and replace it with the contents of the backup. Choose a backup date prior or your OE deletion.
