"The Last Backup Has Failed..."

I have two backups: Drive Image, which backs up my C drive, and runs fine and my photo/video backup, which backs up my D drive and stopped working about a week ago. I'm trying to figure out why this is happening, and I'm running out of ideas.

I have True Image 2013 Build 6514 on a Win 7/64 platform. C is an SSD, D holds data, E holds the backup.

I've run CHDSK on the C and error checking on the D. I've also cleaned out my temp files.

The "event details" are "failed to exclusively access backup E:\Mybackups... during consolidation.
