LOG says file created, but isn't created and back up errors because it can't find the file it said it just created

see screen shot of my log file for a File backup
1. bottom line says that my tib file has been successfully created
2. the line above can not find the file it just created
3. the file isn't create, at least not in the directory that it said it was in the Log file

How can I work with a product that has a log file like this
ATI2014 was working up until this point and I haven't changed a thing
I called this bug9 because I have found (and solved myself) several bugs in this build

My guess on what has happened.

it appears that the Pre/Post command features of ATI2014 have not been tested much. I have already found a bug with Pre-command that I have to work around
I have a post command in this schema that runs a batch file to copy tib files to another hard drive. At the time of running my ATI2014 backup job I probably had a Win7 window open running a DOS copy. My guess is that the Post command did not work because of this 2nd DOS copy and my tib file was never created.

This buggy software is a pain but I was able to recover
1. waited until all DOS windows were closed
2. used https://kb.acronis.com/content/27618 to fix my script
3. reran my backup and this time it was OK
