Making a disk partition image
Hi Guys,
I am wanting to make a disk partition image so that in the event my SSD should fail, I can restore the image to a new SSD.
I will be backing up to my NAS, and just wondered if it was simply a case of choosing my C:\, selecting where I want the backup to store, setting the schedule and that's it?
I saw there was a huge list of options and didn't know whether I needed to click anything else.

Note Grover's sentence:
"Check marking this disk will enable you to do a backup which includes ALL partitions including any non-lettered partitions."
That's important. Too often users backup only C:, but C: is inadequate to perform a complete, working restoration. You need all partitions, so select the entire drive to include even hidden partitions. Trust me, if you ever need to restore, you'll be glad you backed up everything.
