I am trying to read the Acronis Backup and Recovery 10 Workstation Users Guide. It says (Para 1.2.1 that a Management Console will startup. All it get is the Acronis Home page.

Where did I go wrong?

Sorry but I do not get you point - The management console is a rich client which you need to start via STart-programme-acronis.... how can the homepage be opened?

Thank you for your timely response. I go to the start menu and click on Acronis Ture Image Home 2010 and the Dialog box that reads Acronis True Image Home 2010 at in the blue bar at the top of the dialogue box.

User Manual Para 1.2.1 says that the Management Console will open. How do i get there?

I think you might have a copy of the incorrect manual for the product you have.
‘Acronis Backup and Recovery’ is the business range of products Acronis has, this differs considerably to the “True Image Home’ product.
