I not sure about MBR, If I format or do something on partirion C:, It's affect to MBR?
MBR and partition are completely separate?
I mean If I delete or modify all file in C: which are boot and active parition, It's affect to MBR?

Formatting a partition without changing the type does not affect the MBR. Nor does changing any files on a partition. In general, normal use of a computer doesn't change the MBR.

Resizing, moving, deleting, changing the format (FAT32 to NTFS, for example) may change the partition table entry in the MBR. Changing the Active flag for a partition will change the partition table entry in the MBR.
