message: Error occured while opening the file
TrueImage 2013 was working fine, I had created complete backup and a scheduled incremental backup last week. But today I've had error messages trying to create a scheduled incremental backup and even when manually triggering the scheduled backup. Each time, TrueImage attempts to open the backup location (an internal SATA2 2TB drive which I've countless times with TrueImage 2012) but it fails making 5 attempts. At the end of which, a pop-up window appears from TrueImage saying:
Error occurred while opening the file
Please insert the last media of the archive and click Retry to continue.
Otherwise click Cancel to stop the operation.
I can see the location in Windows fine, and it appears just at it should. I can move files to it, delete files, etc. It's exactly the same setup I had when I was using TrueImage 2012 without any issues. I have attached two screenshots.
My system is Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit machine.

Hi, apologies for taking some time before replying.
Yes, the file "My_partitions_full_b1_s1_v1.tib" did exist in the root of the D: drive. I could even mount it.
However, I was unable make this work despite whatever changes I made. So I basically started again from scratch, deleting the existing backups and creating a completely new backup. I've successfully created one incremental backup so feel a lot happier now. But because I was not able to root-cause the original issue and I've likely lost any forensics, I just have this thought in the back of my mind that the issue may reoccur.
But all OK at the moment.
