More than 250GB needed
Is it possible to get extra storage space?

I'd be interested to here if this is likely to change in the future. I dont need any more than 250G at the moment, although i see other providers offer "unlimited" storage. However, i am always scepticle of anything with that word!

hello, I currently use "Acronis True Image 2009". I want to move to version 2011. I see that it offers the possibility to use "online backup" which is very good. But as Barry (2010-05-20) I need more of 250GB. For now I use Carbonite (unlimited storage but low bandwidth), but I certainly prefer to have a complete solution from Acronis. Have you been able to find a solution to this question? Is it possible to use this software from Belgium? Thank you for your help. (Sorry for my bad english)
Hi Christian, I doubt Belgium is disqualified from using Acronis software!
I suppose you have to watch this space if you require more than 250GB. I bought a 1TB external drive which I suppose I feel I would use as my first restoring location but the great thing with on line storage is that you can download it from anywhere.

While this isn't the same request, I'd like to ask that customers be able to purchase backup vaults LESS than 250GB. I'm not currently a customer of this product, however if in the future it would be possible to purchase space in, say 20GB increments with a minimum of 20GB, I would be on board. This service is most useful in addition to local backups, and with that being the case would primarily be used for critical data backups, not whole disk backups. Thanks in advance.
Any progress on this? Can we purchase more than 250GB of space.

I got up this morning to find that my online backup was aborted because I exceeded the 250 gig. There was a link to "buy more space". I clicked the link and was taken to a page that gives no info on how to buy more space.
Besides, for the 2 computers that I'm backing up, one C: drive uses 127g and the other C: drive uses 48 gig but together, they are using more than 250 gig cloud storage. Go figure. This is frustrating.
