Mount Backup Stored on NAS--SOLVED
I am running Acronis True Image 2015, Build 6613.
All of a sudden, I am no longer able to mount backups from my NAS and browse the files in Windows Explorer. This was not an issue in the past. If I copy a backup from my NAS to a disk on my local PC, I can mount and browse the files from the backup without issue.
Here is the error I receive after trying to mount a backup stored on my NAS:
I'm experiencing this problem on two PC's, one running Windows 7 Home Premiuim and the other running Windows 7 Professional.
Is there a resolution for this issue?

I tried the double click method not long after posting on the forum, and I was able to browse the files from the TIB backup. I had only ever mounted the backup from the right click menu in the past and didn't immediately think to double click on the TIB file. Sorry about that, and thanks for responding.
Out of curiosity, are there any advantages to mounting the TIB file with a drive letter over simply double clicking the TIB file to browse the contents?

In the current version, the only advantage I can think of would be that you coulld belately return the a mounted file, without having to work your way down the directory tree. I am not sure this is an advantage with the added overhead.
