Moving Acronis and profiles to a new desktop

I was running Acronis 14 on an XP machine that has become unbootable. The drives are still accesable so I can retrieve data and the backup location is on a separate Drobo NAS that is ok.

I have a Windows 7 machine that I want to move to - what backup profile files do I need to copy from the old XP and which folder do they go to on Windows 7? Do I copy them before of after I install Acronis?
