Moving Acronis True Image 2013 from a PC to a new laptop. existing help pages do not work

Hi All

I've just purchased a new laptop (Windows 10) and wish to move True Image 2013 to this new device from my old computer (Vista)

I downloaded True Image from my account and entered my existing product key, all appears to work fine. I have now received a message saying "Too many activation, please resolve". If I click on "Resolve problem" a new box appears giving me two choices 1) Deactivate previous installation or 2) Enter new key.

If I select "Deactivate previous installation", nothing happens. If I select "Enter new key", I can copy and paste my existing key but nothing happens apart from that.

If I go to "help" and click on "Activate" I just get the same box with the same two messages but nothing about moving a licence.

Any ideas?

version 2013 does not support windows 10.  You need either version 2015 or 2016.

Oh brilliant.. ok, many thanks for your help.. guess I'll be downloading 2016 this evening :-)
