Moving Laptop Drive to Desktop

My scenario is this:

Several months ago, the video chip on my laptop burned up; it is a Windows 7 (64) machine. I need to transfer this hard disk to a new computer with all of my installed software and files. It is my understanding that running SysPrep will initialize all of the hardware drivers so that the drive can be booted on a new machine, but it must be run while logged on to said drive as an administrator--not possible since the laptop no longer functions.

Does any Acronis product make it possible for me to do this?
