Moving to new Win10 computer from Win7 computer

I will be moving to a win10 computer from a win7 computer that has true image 2015 installed on it. Files have been backed up (full and then incremental) to an external hard drive. Obviously do not need the OS but what would be the easiest way to move files and or settings to new win10 box?

I downloaded and used file and settings transfer wizard quite successfully:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=7349
win7 has it built in already, you might need to run it in compatibility mode for win10, but it worked for me.
