Is my automatic subscription renewal going to work?

Thread needs solution

I have just received an email from Acronis warning me that my online backup subscription expires tomorrow and advising me to take action - with one option being automatic renewal.

When I look at "My Account" and access the web page with my subscription it says I have already selected "automatic renewal".

Please can someone reassure me that I do not need to do anything more to continue to be able to access the data I have stored on the Cloud?

Thanks

Some further info.

Attached are 2 screenshots:

One shows the page from My Account: Online Back up for Home which shows I have chosen to have my subscription renewed automatically. The other is a screen shot from the same account showing I apparently have no products that are due to renew automatically.

Not surpisingly I am really puzzled and would like to know what to do. NB My subscription expires today!

Hello Jeremy,

welcome to Acronis Forum and sorry for the delayed reply.

I will be glad to answer your questions.

Your Online Backup subscription status you can see in the tab Online Backup - for Home

And in the tab My Products & Downloads clicking on link  "My Subscriptions on Autorenewal" you can check if any automatic renewals of support program for corporate product are active or not.

I've forwarded your feedback to our website team and we will make this pages less confusing.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you.

I have just received the same notice except mine expires in 6 days. I do not want to subscribe to automatic renewal but wish to make that decision each year based on how much it costs. I can not find the cost for the forthcoming year subscription - can you tell me where I might find it and how I might get through the process of buying another year without signing my life away to renew each year without reference to me first.
thanks
