My screen doesn't work with Acronis True Image 11 if I boot on the cd or the usb key

When I boot my computer on the live CD or the USB Key, I can see the splash screen (Acronis Logo) then next I have a white screen. With the same computer but with an other screen, it's work, I have the Acronis soft avaible on screen.
I need some cheatcode when I build the USB Key to correct this.
So thanks to help me.

Are you saying that it works with one monitor and doesn't with another monitor? Are they the same type (LCD, CRT, etc.) or different?

Both screen are LCD 15". Acronis work with the Dell but it doesn't with the Vartech VT150XA.

See this - http://kb.acronis.com/content/2921 - which worked for me with ATI 2009

You can play with various vga=xnnn values until you get one that works. I think it is because the drivers do not recognise your vga card (or something on those lines)
