Need a configuration file

ATI 2011, build 7160, has no way to deactivate the non-stop backup service without going to Services.msc and disabling the service. It would be nice to have the ability to turn off the service if it isn't going to be used.

The same thing would be nice for the online backup service. You have to re-install ATI 2011 and select repair and then the custom build to prevent it from being installed.
