Need to move ATI 2009 to new computer

My laptop is failing and I need to move it to another computer. I saw one posting aboput uninstalling the license - but do not see a tool. - and what looked like there were pictures - will not show anything. SO I am lost

What I need to know is:
1. Can I just copy the program over to a new computer?
I figure I have to set up the back up files again.

2. How do I deal with a license moving it to the new computer

This was the comments I found - I have no Add or remove utility that I can find

1) Uninstall Acronis Agent by means of Add or Remove utility.
2) Connect to Acronis License Server and Remove the license:

Use the installer file to install TI on the other computer. Use any means you know of (the Control Panel/Add Remove for instance) to uninstall from the failing system.
