My computers on home network cannot access the computer in which true image 2010 is installed. If I uninstall the program the computer is accessible. On reinstalling the problem occurs again. How to solve it ?

I have the same problem since installing TI 2010 on an XP machine in my network.

Trying to access any shared files on the XP machine from the others results in this message ...

"\\XP Machine\any shared file is not accessible. You might not have permission to use this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permissions.
Not enough server storage is available to process this command."

Until this issue is resolved, I cannot install 2010 on my critical Vista machine.

Try the suggestions in this link http://www.acronis.com/r/support/en/kb/851/troubleshoot.network.backup…

Or this link http://kb.acronis.com/content/1554

Increasing the IRPSTACKSIZE was a regular solution to networking problems in the old forum

Thanks Como !

I followed the suggestion in Microsoft KB article 177078 regarding IRPStackSize and it resolved the problem.

Strange since I don't have either Norton or IBM antivirus, but can't argue with success!
