Non stop backup problem and installation issue and update issue...
I just upgraded to the latest version and have two problems now:
1) Nonstop Backup is not working - I get the following errors:
"Invalid internal API usage. Probably the stream is corrupted or archive option..."
"Consolidation has failed..."
I attached the log file with details.
2) I thought this may be due to a corrupt update since I have a corporate laptop and sometimes I have to "de-crypt" installation files in order to have them install correctly (my computer automatically encrypts files that are saved in certain locations on my hard drive), however, when I tried to do this (I download the full installation and tried to "Repair Installation") the program would launch several other programs and it would keep reading "True Image is running, click retry" and it was then caught in a loop.
PLEASE HELP.
For over a year my Nonstop Backup (NSB) has not worked well (it starts and stops after a short time), so I was excited to have it finally work again.

Official Acronis support has to be obtained via the Support page from your Acronis account. This is a user forum and only moderated by Acronis. Occasionally an Acronis support person does look in, but it is not guaranteed.
What I would suggest as something seems to have gone very wrong, is to stop the NSB task, uninstall 2013, run the 2013 cleaner, reboot, after reading the instructions on the download page, re-install, make a new NSB task see if the problem re-occurs.

If the problem re-occurs, where is the NSB being stored and what type of disks and how are they formatted -Sata,eSata, NAS etc?
