Nonstop Backup Fails - "Consolidation Failed" or " Read Error for the Metadata Corrupted"

I have been running the Nonstop backup for several weeks without any problems. I updated to build 6131 Within the last two weeks, I can no longer get the Nonstop backup to continue to run successfully I get the following Error "Read Error or Metadata content is corrupted." With an error code of: 0x001703EE. I also see "Consolidation Failed" Errors
I am using an HP Laptop with a 250GB internal hard drive. I have been backing up to an external 250GB hard drive. I am only backing up about 30GB of data and I have plenty of free space on my destination drives... I have since tried two different external drives with the same errors.
I miss the nonstop backup... Can someone please help my to get this going and stay running? Are there any planned updates that might help address this issue?
