Nonstop backup location -- must allow network share AND must allow ASZ

Thread needs solution

Presently, the only pemitted location(s) for nonstop backup that I can determine from experimenting are attached disks. I can not use my NAS or any other network share. Nor can I use the Acronis Secure Zone.

I can partially see why this might be an 'as designed' issue, but it needs to be re-thought. The ASZ is already a potentially compromised location, being on the same physical disk as the protected partition, but we accept thisrisk; we're already using it for incremental backups, etc. In case of a disk failure, we lose the ASZ storage as well. But his ignores the far more common issue of simply getting a virus or getting a bad drive or application install that messes up the OS or the abiity to boot into the OS.

Having the ability to roll back to a previous happier time, even five minutes earlier, directly from the ASZ, would be a fantastic convenience. This would put TIH in direct competition with products such as RollBack RX and Comodo Time Machine. Those products' basic installs store their snapshots to a hidden partition on disk and can be restored to one of those snapshots at boot, if necessary, without having to attach an external device. Theyalso have the ability to store snapshots to server locations.

TIH should allow this same flexibility.

Also, the fact that I can't use a NAS as a nonstop backup location is rather annoying. When working from home, I attach to my newtwok wirelessly, and our NAS is attached to our router. I should be able to select the NAS as a nonstop location.
