Nonstop backup simply quits

Acronis True Image 2013. Full backup is working, however nonstop backup has stopped. Last date completed Jan 28. Log calendar show green check marks on more resent dates, but nothing is shown for those dates when I select "Recover". Nonstop will start manually, calculates time and green progress bar begins, then simply quits! What do you suggest? --Joe
