Nonstop backup storage cleanup

Thread needs solution

How does one remove backups from the nonstop backup to recover space on the backup disk? The help file merely says "Select the active Nonstop Backup storage, or if you want to clean up non-active storage, activate it first.
Click Clean up on the toolbar, and in the opened window specify the data you want to delete."

What slider? On what screen? I can find no way of accessing this. There is no such item on the toolbar, either in the main screen or in the nonstop screen.

Is something missing from my installation? Could somebody give me exact instructions for this, starting from the main screen?

I should have asked, of course, where the "Clean up" option is on the toolbar, and on which screen? I was referring to another help message which does mention the slider, which is presumably on the screen displayed when "Clean up" is selected.

The problem remains: I can't find any "Clean up" option on the toolbar anywhere in either of the two screens I've seen.

Specific advice on how to recover space on the backup disk will be very welcome. I'm lost and confused by this. The help file doesn't seem to make sense.

I have the same problem, the help file and the documentation file are not very useful.
I am wondering that since october there is no reply from Acronis.

I've made some images - see the attached png's.

The instructions.

1. Open TI click on backup

2. Choose NonStop Backup selection.

3. Click on Recover with Time Explorer Image 1 below.

4. Click on the COG icon - image 2.

5. From the NonStop Settings panel click on Clean up bottom right hand side - image 3.

6. On the next panel - drag the slider to whichever date is required, then click OK - image 4.

Hope that helps.
