Not Last volume

I am using Acronis 2011 and my laptop has just had a fatal problem. I have a USB disk with a backup on it but when I try to restore I get "This is not the last volume of the backup archive".
Is there anything I can do.
I am miles from home and other copies of backups.

Having same issue where the .tib files stored on a NAS device, and this Full Backup validated after it was created (NAS device is Raid 5). Now attempting a restore error 'This is not the last volume of the backup archive'; even worse now the validate crashes TrueImageLauncher.exe when selecting 'browse for backup'.

Now I cannot trust validated images.
