NOTHING? - Online Backup LOST ALL my data
What the heck? I had at least 25GB for each of 2 computers backed up using Online Backup and just logged in to find zero bytes backed up for each! No messages to tell me what happened or why, just some unchecked boxes on the gui. Looks like someone decided to tell Acronis to not back it up and delete all that was there, but that was no one in my house as I'm the only one who would possibly log into the account and it wasn't me.
Has anyone else had this happen? If this is what I can expect, I'll be asking for my money back.

Ok, I see the problem now. There is a message in the log saying 'certificate expired'. This is very poor as I did not do a trial. I bought it unseen. Anyone know how to unlock this product when you've actually purchased it? It sucks that I went through days of getting this data uploaded, thought I was protected, and then they DELETED MY DATA WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME!!!! GRRRRRRRR
And yes, I meant to yell. THIS SUCKS and is very bad service.

When you bought it you should have had a serial number or key to use to acticate the account.

Dear bonsai63, I entirely understand your concern and how upsetting the situation is. I may assure you that my utmost concern now is to resolve the issue that you experience to your complete satisfaction.
Unfortunately due to the lack of information it's hard to say for sure what exactly happened. Most probably, the subscribtion you've purchased got expired: after the subscription expiration Customer cannot back up online and has 30 days to access and recover data. After 30 days all data is deleted. But in this case you would receive a notification that you cannot backup and the subscription should be renewed.
I would advise you to contact support directly with the details of the issue and the following information:
- Acronis Info from the machine in question
- Exact sequence of steps performed
- Subscription information
They will be able to check account storage tied to your e-mail and see whether the data can be retrieved.
