one click restore
I have created an image saved to CD with one click restore component AND Acronis Full component, when I restore the image from the CD using Acronis Full it restores fine yet when I restore the same image on the same disk using one click restore it fails on boot, any solution to this?

same problem.
backup of 3.2gb partion and mbr onto DVD with one click restore option enabled. also trueimage full version checked.
dvd boots. one click restore tells me it cant find an image / image isnt correct
if I use TI full version from the DVD and tell it how I want it done manually it works fine.
yeah I payed for the full version. if this doesnt get fixed in the next few days Im going for the refund / reverse the charge. gotta love amex.

btw I think this is the easiest way of putting this.
ONE CLICK RESTORE: is not agressive enough in searching all media for images. if it is unsure of an image, it should at least ask you. for some reason it is checking for drive letters, etc that is giving it some sort of error. the backups are not corrupt, because I am posting from the backup of the TI Full version off the DVD now (TI and image all on one disk).

Hello all,
Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.
I'll surely help you with issue, but first of all I need some additional information to investigate it.
Could you please do the following:
- Create Acronis Linux Report form the bootable media with One-Click Restore components as described at this KB article and attach it to your reply;
- Could you please let me know the interface type of your DVD drive (IDE/SATA/USB)?
We are looking forward to hearing back from you at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.
