Online backup error

Thread needs solution

I started the online backup of my drive, starting with common documents and have worked up to about 23 gig of info, (about 64 gig total) I did not add or change any settings on the backup for a few days, then started to get errors, "Operation has been stopped", "Failed to upload data to Data server. Check you Internet connection or try again later", "Operation has completed with errors" in the log. In the email notification I also get an error "the disk is full". In looking at all the notifications, it appears to always occur at the same place in the backup, see attached file copy. Any help???

Would it be possible that ATI creates a temp file and is running out of space on the local disk?

How to tell? I can find information on the "Cloud drive" online. I looked at the log again and I don't see temp any where.
