Online Backup: Estimated Backup Size/Processing

When I try doing an Online Backup, and after editing what Folders and Files I want to back up, the Estimated Backup Size icon swirls forever.

If I click on Save, then a "Processing" message appears and stays forever.
I cannot Close the program, and it is NOT frozen is the Task Manager.

I just paid $49.99 yesterday and now it is way worse than the trial period.

This happens on all three computers lately.

Any ideas?

Same here, this Online Storage is just very unreliable stuff. I will certainly not pay $49.99 again next year, I also just paid a few days ago......grrrrrr......

I read you.
It's too bad. Making backups and recoveries to an external hard drive works just fine.

I investigated other online backup possibilities, like Carbonite, Mozy, etc.

However, it would cost me $150 a year or so to backup three computers with them.
