Online Backup fails with strange error

Hi,

I am currently trying to get Online Backup to work, but it fails with a strange error in the log (translated from German): "Preparation of the data stream has failed. Check whether source and target volumes exist". The event code is 0x000B03E9+0x000B03E9. The knowledge base does not seem to have information about this specific error.

I have a working Internet connection and of course a (trial) Online Storage account with Acronis. The source volume is working. A local backup of this whole partition using Acronis True Image 2012 to an USB drive works fine (so it cant be the source volume). I switched off my firewall and my virus protection to check if this was the problem but it did not change anything.

Does anyone know what the problem might be? Where do I find more information about the error (detailed log files or so)?
