Online Backup fails upon launch
I am a registered ACTI 2010 / 2011 user and just decided to activate and trial the online backup service.
After registration and installation I get the error show in the attached after logging in to the online backup service. Any ideas?

This looks like a scheduler glitch. I would suggest you to update it in order to resolve the issue. Please follow the below instrustions:
- Download Acronis Scheduler Manager. Open command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd); run schedmgr.exe and issue the following command:
task zap
This will erase all traces of the tasks. - Update Scheduler as mentioned in this article
- Reboot the machine
- Recreate the tasks
This should resolve the issue faced. Should it persist, please provide us with Acronis Info from machine in quesiton.
