Online Backup is not working!

Hello,
i use Acronis True Image Home 2011 and your Online Backup Solution as well. I'm trying now for at least 2 weeks to get my online backup to work.

What i did:
- Deleted the old Computer
- Trying to run just a small folder, thought my hole 25 GB at one time is to much
- Reinstalled Acronis
- Reinstalled Windows 7 (64bit)

Nothing, i always get "Backup failed" or "In Progress" for hours/days. Please fix that, i pay for it!

Fixed my problem....
... uninstalled everything from Acronis and switched to another Company! Never again this crap on my Computer!
