I can login to my online backup account through Firefox or Internet Explorer but when I go to click on any folder I get the following error "Online storage is currently unavailable. Please try again later." If I do a search I can see the files but everytime I click on a folder I get the error. I am using the Online Backup Trial with 57 days to go. I live in Australia. Could that be the problem?

Can anyone help?

At a time when I was counting on being able to recover a couple of files, I too get the "Online sotrage is currently unavailable . . ." error. Looks like with Acronis I need to implement a backup plan for my backup plan. It's good to know that you can NOT count on the Acronis Online Backup system to be available when you need it. I don't mean "good" in a good way -- I mean it is good to know that Acronis cannot be relied upon and that I need to find an alternative.
