Paid For Pay per Incident, loged on, Input registration number, then Screen Hhangs
As above, cookies enabled, product registered, tried both latest versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer, screen hangs indefinitely, never reaches the next page so that I can request support for my problem.
The actual problem is that I cannot open any of the remaining 4 differential backups (1 per day) I have originally successfully made/verified on each individual day of the backup, receiving an error message, "Error occurred while opening the file", pretty scary since those files constitute the reason I use the Program for backup! The original full backup functions as it should. I never get past my input of the registration number. 1.5 TB disk drive I use for backups is new functioning properly.
So far this morning, I cannot reach Support to explain my problem! Currently trying another differential backup. If that fails I'll try another full backup since the current one was made Nov.11.
