partition questions on SMART drive

I have a (new) laptop running W8.1 and a S.M.A.R.T. OEM internal hard drive. When I do a 'full' backup, Acronis 2014 displays SEVERAL partitions and I am not sure which ones should be selected. In fact, some of them appear to be redundant. I am not savvy with these types of drives ... and I assume it is partitioned as it came out of the box.

Attached is a screen shot of these partitions. Could anyone clue me in on what they are and which should be backed up .... other than C:? Why would there be (seemingly) duplicate partitions?
