Permanent Crashes

Gents, what have you done?
This Version of True Image gone so horrible, i regret every penny i paid for this Software realy!

The Software is Crashing permanently, everx File Action, like select a browser leads to a Black screen.
The Options to Choose a Target Folder for my Backups a so Limitet and unhandy to use. What is wrong with a classic File Explorer?
The System doesnt find my NAS...........

The Sync Options i had in True Image have gone, i dont want my Photos and Videos on YOUR servers (Cloud) i whant them Secure and Nice on MY NAS, but the is no OPtion for it anymore, Realy?

The User interface is like for Babys.

Is this what you think should a Good Software look Like?
