Phone Support first 30 days
I called and was told that phone support was available for free for the first 30 days. I made two calls yesterday and technicians were very helpful and I understand things now. Just now I called to ask why when I started a 150 gb backup the time to complete started out as 5 hours and some then 30 min later it was down to just under two hours which is about what it took for Paragon Backup then 3 1/2 hours later when I checked it said 1 day 12 hours and 15 min. While I was speaking to the tech all of a sudden the progress line shot over to completion and it said complete. I looked and yes it was completed. The lady was friendly and helpful but told me she needed to tell me that she was glad to assist but wanted to let me know phone support is not free at anytime. I would never purchase a program without at least 30 days so I can resolve any issues. FYI the first two techs actually set up a remote session and walked me thru. Without that I would still not know where to go. Any feedback as to who to contact is appreciated. If no more support for the next 29 days then I will ask for a refund.

According to http://www.acronis.com/support/advantage.html (Home products table) the support for home products is free for the first month, but only by e-mail and chat.

Seasoned TI users pay no attention to the progress bars. I can understand why it is off at the beginning since it is doing a running average calculation but why it can't be better overall is a mystery. It has been reported as an issue for version after version and is probably worse than it used to be IMO.
