Please help me tweak my TI settings for optimal performance

Thread needs solution

Hi All,

Now that my old computer has been replaced, I have installed True Image Home 2012 on my new computer running Windows 7 Home Premium. About 18 months ago, people here were kind enough to help me tweak my True Image Home 2011 settings to make sure I always have a reimage my C drive that I can boot off of in case my current drive goes bad.

The forum thread is:

http://forum.acronis.com/forum/19733#comment-form

Can someone tell me if the instructions provided there by Pat L and GroverH still hold true with True Image Home 2012? If not, can someone please tell me what I should do to replicate those settings?

Thanks so much.

Hi there,

2012 is pretty much the same as 2011 from the perspective of answering your question.
For additional, check out Grover's excellent post here: http://forum.acronis.com/forum/28705

Thanks so much, Pat L.

I've just created one backup profile. Is it possible to create a second one? If so, how?

Sure. Repeat the process, just like in Grover's guide. If you backup the same content, choose a different directory for destination and name your task differently.
