Please Make The Popup Stop

I have found threads related to this problem and none have yielded a dispositive answer. I keep getting an Acronis popup at the lower right of the screen informing me of cloud storage with a new version. I can "Learn More" or "Decide Later". I want it to just go away. I have disbled notifications both within the program and also the Windows 7 tool tray. No Joy.

How can I make it stop? It is costing me time and is getting the the point where it is hugely annoying.

Thanks to anyone that has a solution besides uninstalling the program.
