Problem with Acronis - Incremental Backup Restore
Hi, I have a big problem. I try all the time with Acronis 2009 backup incremental restore, but it does not restore the very recent changes easy. There are only the files from the full backup left, and the current changes since 17.04.2012 are not there, despite 70's success is incremental backup and all are functional.
Please, need help urgently, no desire to stay all night in the office!

Benjamin,
Just to clarify, when you restore an incremental, you select the incremental file you want to restore. You don't have to restore each file individually, up to the one you need.
After you have restored that incremental backup your disk, partition will be like it was at the time of the backup you just restored. If you restore only certain files and folders, you will get the version of these files as they were at the time of the backup you just restored from.
If you need other versions, you will have to pick the incremental file that contain that version.
If you have some incremental backups that don't contain some changes you expect, it is because they were not included in the backup. A good reason would be that the file or partition selection defining the backup didn't include this content.
You should be able to double click on each incremental file and use Windows explorer to investigate the content of the backup. When you do that, you will see all files as if they were restored together. What I mean is that if you open the backup of Day3, you will see the files of Day1 backup that didn't change, the files of Day2 backup that didn't change, etc.

I have a big problem. I've been using B&R10 for SBS 2008 for quite some time. I need to restore some files. I have two recent incremental files named Archive(1)_2013_06_04_21_00_03_752F1.TIB, Archive(1)_2013_06_05_21_00_03_389F1.TIB dated 4/4/2013 and 4/5/2013, respectively. However, the corresponding full backup appears to be missing for some reason, so I don't know what B&R10 is using as the "base" for creating these files. The ...398F.TiB and ...752F.TIB files are not on the disk anywhere that I can find and, consequently, I can't use these incrementals to restore even if I list all TIBs and specifically select one of these. Is there a way to get to these files anyway? There must be quite a lot of files since these incrementals are 21.4G and 1.6G, respectively. The most recent full backup I have is from 5/25/2013 ... quite old at this point.
