Problem booting Windows XP

Workaround
- Windows XP SP3, recently installed system.
Hardware
- Motherboard Asus P4-PE. 845G chipset
- System disk, connected through onboard EIDE controller
- Additional hard disk connected through onboard SATA RAID controller Promise Fasttrak 376
- Acronis True Image Home 2009, build 9769.

Installation sequence
- Windows XP on EIDE drive, onboard SATA controller disabled
- Acronis
- Onboard SATA Controller driver after enabling onboard SATA controller

Could not boot Windows after installing SATA RAID drivers, it's only possible when I disable them or remove Acronis.

Sysinfo NFO file attached.
Tried with and without AV program (NOD32 Antivirus), and a various options of Fasttrak RAID drivers.
