Thread needs solution

I downloaded Acronis 2014 after deleting the old one 2011.
It is registered and activated, but is does not work at all.
What to do?

Ik heb Acronis 2014 binnengehaald na de oude van 2011 te hebben verwijderd
De nieuwe is geregistreerd en geactiveerd maar ik krijg het niet aan de praat.
Kan iemand me helpen?

You may not have gotten a good install.
My suggestion would be download and run the Acronis Cleanup utility (link below inside signature). The link is to a KB article. Follow the written instructions.

This cleanup utility would remove all Acronis products from your system.
Afterwards, re-install 2014 again. Repeat the same serial number process with the re-install.
If 2014 was an upgrade, you will need to input both the 2011 and 2014 serial numbers again.
