Problem With My Accaunt

Thread needs solution

Hello, I am new to this forum, and I'm from Albania

Once I buy the product: Acronis True Image Home 2010 "and I have problem with activation of accaunt, I perform all procedures correctly, but not my accaunt are not activated.
I Activate my accaund and from E-Mail.

Please Halp me.

Let me assist you.

Please note that in order to log in into Online Backup service you should first activate your trial subscription at https://www.acronis.com/my/online-backup/

After that you will be able to use this feature from the main software.

Please also be aware that currently Acronis Online Backup supports the following countries:

  • United States
  • Germany
  • Switzerland
  • Austria
  • France
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

We'll surely add support for more countries later.
