Problem when True image is running...

Hi
When I make running True Image 2014 or 2015 on a PC running Windows 8.1 64 bit, everytimes I can't restart (shutdown ok).
When I remove True Image, restart: ok, shutdown: ok.
No problems with disk director 12...
I Tried the last build for T.I. 2015...
Acronis folder in exception in Kaspersky Internet Security...

If someone can help? Thanks

I'd like to say that restart is the first problem...
Acronis True Image make that my system freeze...
Sometimes 5 minutes after booting, sometimes few hours...
When I remove Acronis True image, my computer can run more than 1 week...
