Problems after windows 10 home professional 64bit update.
Thread needs solution
For some reason I cannot get the user interface to open either from the task bar or clicking on "short cut" I also tried the "repair option but even though it states "True image 2015 for PC is successfully repaired" the user interface still will not open!
It will however start my back-ups when I plug my external hard drive in!
Can someone please help?...Would upgrading to the 2016 version solve my problem?
