Problems Backing up to NAS

I currently have Acronis True Image.

I have determined that performing backups to NAS devices is too slow
for daily operations. Is there a method where I can perform the
backup to a local drive and then automatically move it to a NAS after
validating the backup?

I need to run differential backups. I need a completely automated process.

Can I move the root TIB file offline or does it need to remain on the system
during later differential backup runs?

Is there a way to get this to work with Acronis? Is there a way to run Acronis from
the command line (in a batch file) ?

Performing a full backup of my system drive took <2 hours to a DAS.
Backing up to the NAS took 31 hours.

Differential backup of data to DAS <50 min.
Differential backup to NAS >24 hours.

I have tried this with 3 different NAS models/brands and they all have the same problem.
