problems with true image home 2010

hi,
when i do a backup, during the validation fase i receive always a message in the log signaling that my system has not enough resources to complete the requested service!! Then then I receive the message "terminated by User".

the backup is a backup of a partition of about 300 Gb with abou 75000 files.

where is the problem?

The terminated by user message means that the operation terminated and the program used the same error message it would use if the user had cancelled the operation -- a bit misleading -- so it just means the operation failed at some point.

Does it say not enough disk space, not enough memory?

If disk space, note that you need enough space for one more full backup. Ati makes a new backup before deleting an old one, so if you want to keep, say, 7, then you need room for 8, etc.

I have this problem making a backup with destination a disk with 1 Terabyte free and the I have the error during the 2 step (convalidation).
Now I attach the log file of this backup.

Ah, Acronis has made it much more difficult to contact them, I suspect to stem the flow of support requests the recent versions have generated.

Try this:

Go to acronsi.com, go to Support, go to Contact Us, select Customer Care as the issue, select contact via email. I don't belie Send them the log and point to this thread also in your email ve this requires a serial number.
