Program works fine, except when you have to do a restore

I've been using True Image Home versions for years, but the 2011 version is terrible.

I have the "bootable rescue media", the "bootable install" disk, and a "WinPE" bootable version.  All are at the same build level.  Backup operations work fine.  Unfortunately restore operations do not.  One bootable reports that the the file selected is not the last file in the series.  One reports that the restore file is corrupt, and one at least validates the file correctly.  I do not dare try a restore.

I had few problems with the 2010 and previous versions of the product, but a successful restore with Actonis True Image Home 2011 is a hit or miss operation.  Unfortunately, it is mostly miss. I've had the product for 6 months now, and they are still working on a problem that I reoprted day 1. 

Sorry Acronis, I'm off to find another product that I can trust. 

PS:  Disk Director has gone down hill too, it has less function than 2010, but at least seems to work.
